How much is shipping?

We believe that every girl deserves an amazing wardrobe to get through her everyday life looking fabulous, regardless of where she lives in the world. Hence, we offer FREE Worldwide Shipping for all TIStyles girls, on all orders!

When will my items arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Your order may take anywhere between 1 to 3 business weeks for shipping, depending on your delivery address. Handcrafted products and items that are made to order typically require longer lead times as they are specially made for you.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be altered or cancelled. We strongly advise you to please choose carefully before placing an order.

Can I track my item?

Yes you absolutely can! Our products are shipped directly from the warehouse and every order will have a tracking number sent to your nominated email address at checkout, once your order is shipped.

I’ve only received part of my order…

Don’t panic, the rest of your items are on their way!

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately from our various global partners. If your items are sent from different warehouses, you will have separate shipping tracking numbers sent to your email.

Rest assure your items are being delivered to you the fastest way possible!

Oops I entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout!

Please contact us ASAP to rectify the error. Once the item is shipped from the warehouse, we will not be able to change the delivery address.

If your items are returned due to incorrect/invalid address provided or not being claimed, any return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer a refund for items delivered to the incorrect address.

I have received the wrong item..

If we have accidentally sent you an item you did not order (we’re only human), we will send you the correct item immediately!
